A direct traffic-technical development of the area is necessary: A direct entrance for cars, electrical mobiles into the underground receipt, a helicopter landing strip, perhaps a railway-siding with own small course from the station to the resort.

The hotel complex has a transparent lift system. For the escape routes emergencies exits, which lead directly outside. For this possibly existing bunkers of the VBS could be used.

2.8. Design, colors, lightening

The discrete interiorspatial lighting is adapted with indirect, soft light in realation to the space. The colour is derived from the rock. For the orientation of the guests/personnel each floor has punctually accented color nuances and corporate signals.

The building is very minimalistic and organically held. The form of the arcade (devil-bridge, Schoellenen) is a recurring element: The entrances, the garage, the window arcades, the principal supports in the atrium are from static and from optical considerations continuous in type of arch.

The total concept of the Corporate Design is timeless and partly comparable with the thermal bath in Vals and the interieurs of a room sketched by Zaha Hadid (pictures below)

3. Summary

The USP of this building is the nature experience: The ecological, organic and nevertheless futuristically seeming building method, the unusual plantings. The magnificent prospect and the variety of leisure activities and wellness are hardly to be over-bid in its combination. For the company in planning and execution of the building project we are available at any time and hope some ideas can be included into future considerations.
