2. Project draftVolcania.org does not preserve any requirements for planning and execution of this large-scale project. Our specialized knowledge is limited and consists of vocational and self-educated experiences. But we - so far possible - would like to make a contribution to the resort-project, by supplying and if necessary preparing investor ideas and promoting the landscape protection in an enduring way. Andermatt has lost at quality of life in the past years with the emissions of the Gotthard traffic-tunnel, large-scale building sites and military activities. Hopefully Orascom will decide to work for lasting tourism in this region. 2.1. contents Look at a few sketches which were provided. They only show a fraction of our considerations. Nevertheless we hope to give a small view to the reader. 2.2. Transformation of the building plot Instead of an accumulation of many small holiday houses, which impair the beauty of the valley unnecessarily, we envisage a somewhat more consolidated living form: The ecologically lasting designed resort in the mountain without obstructed nature, - a real wellness- and experience-zone.
Quintessential point of the project is the ecological like economic lastingness owing to optimal use of the sunlight, the geothermal energy and other existing energy resources. All locally existing elements are to be included as far as possible into the building(s).
Despite the deepness of the valley, visitors are not to feel restricted, therefore it is obvious to build in the northwest flank "Baezberg", the flank, which is hardly affected by the winter tourism.
The station needs a facelifting.
The reception of the first class passengers requires optical improvements, because the lastingness starts already with the choice of the means of transport... . |
