Andermatt (1440 m.o.s.) has big temperature-amplitudes and long winters. The isolation, daming and lining is a real challenge to attempt the high standards in minergy.

The general infrastructure is quiet good and allows an extension. The landscape is paradisiac and all kinds of winter- and summersport-activities can be offered. There is no fog, just a lot of sun.

You will find several renevable energy-sources, like (warm)water, wood and sunlight; - enough for providing the village and the resort.
